Absa Query
I have been struggling for 2 weeks to get a settlement letter from Absa Query!!! How long does it take to send a email, every time I phone it's the same excuse!!! But when they want money...they want it now...I'M GETTING FED UP, this is pathetic!!!

17 Sept 2020, 16:09Ok...I was contacted by Absa's Customer Value Management on the 15/09/2020. In an email they stated that I will be contacted on the 18/09/2020, because they are going to investigate the matter. Today I received a email again that they will onl be contactin me on the 22/09/2020...wish I could say that I am surprised, but I am not!!! Totally unacceptable!!!
