Absa query
I am confused - I requested my husband to get my Cheque account statement (printed by myself and given to my husband) stamped at my local Absa bank. They refused to stamp the document saying they need proof of power of attorney. Have Absa over-complicated a simple procedure? Is this normal practice or were staff being obstructive? Kindly advise
