ABSA (PTA) Neglecting Trust Funds.

Both my grandparents passed away. Grandpa in 2010 and grandma in 2016. My grandparents had a trust with absa. Since my grandma passed away my mother tried numerous times getting the trust. ABSA executers sent the policies to the gardain fund for no reason. ABSA then got a middleman from Schumann & Vennote. Everytime my mother asks whats going on they tell her the same story which is that they went to the gardian fund and were never helped. She eventually went herself to the gardian fund to hear whats going on and she was helped as far as they could help. Untill today 13 October 2023 she is still struggling to get the funds paid out.
