ABSA protecting dubies 3rd Parties to make unauthorised Debit Orders

Customer Services of ABSA (Claudette) not addressing customer complaints and continuously providing standard messaging to my complaints. I'm now convinced that ABSA is financially benefiting from dubious companies that make unauthorised debit orders in peoples accounts. As i mentioned these companies are ABSA clients using your processes to **********ly debit my mum account. I have disputed this with Capitec and they are reversing them at a cost to us. ABSA is not providing Capitec with the required Bank Mandate for these deductions. Kindly contact me today on ********** for a way forward or i'm going to continue logging these on HelloPeter. It seems you do not understand my frustration with ABSA on these disputes and i will take that you are promoting these dubious companies that bank with ABSA to debit my mum account.
