Absa Protea Gardens Bad Service

Went to absa protea gardens mall the service was worse than home affairs a consultant by the name of Rose and Sophia refused to help us after we gave them all the required documents asking all irrelevant questions for opening a group account. They spoke to us like we are idiots and sent us back. The lady at reception was even worse telling us we can go to other banks if we want . We went to fnb we the same documents and we got assisted.
