ABSA Property Title Deed ***** - C-***5 - NO ACCOUNTABILITY
Good day
Property Title Deed ***** - C-***5.
Late September I found out that my house is no longer in my Name, at the Deeds office. I immediately visited ABSA Cradle Stones, they contacted home loan to address the matter.
I then spoke to the ABSA Home Loan, emails have gone back and forth and ABSA representatives at large do not get the severity of the ***** done against a property I am paying for through them. It is understood that the Bond on their system still stands but at DEEDS office the property is in someone else's name.
Meaning *****ulently, the bond documents and or title deed were submitted to sell the house, yet I continue to pay for a property no longer in my name.
On the 12 October, 2023 Ruth Magodiela at home Loan promised to assist- to today I am yet to get feedback from her.
On email homeloan said I should speak to Legal, which when you dial ***, it doesn't direct one towards legal. I called directly using 011 head office number, V. BIKO refused to assist or send the call to his superiors as he claimed I need to call *** for customer care.
The severity of this matter is not taken seriously. Mr Avewe Biko, put me on hold for 20 minutes plus as I requested him to get me his superiors, his superior Mr Hape Manyeli at LAW FOR YOU/ legal insurance came on the line, again I explained my story. I refused to dial another number as all I get from all departments is lack of accountability, nor responsibility, It would seem it's not their matter to resolve, as an unhappy, disgruntled customer I am subjected to keep calling different numbers in the hope someone will resume responsibility and assist.
The line suddenly cut off, (50 minute in the call) as I waited on Mr Hape to find the relevant people to address the matter.
I'm tired of being thrown from pillar to post on a matter as severe as this. For as ABSA you should ask yourselves how many *****ulent cases could you be having of this nature. If a client with a case as such (bond being paid toward a house, which at deeds office is sold to someone else) ,how will you resolve it. If one dies today, the very property insured with ABSA as a pipe dream as my descendants will then have nothing to cliam, with an impossible fight to fight.
I need this sorted as I am paying for 9 years something you as ABSA don't even know it's ****** out of your hands already.
