Follow up on complaint on AbSa Property insurance on 8 Feb 2021

After complaining with HELLOPETER they phoned me back. Absa phoned to investigate. WHOOP WHOOP. They just said that their electritian said he never touched the earthleakage on my DB board. So his word against mine.

So what is the use of an insurrance company that I feel didnt investigate enough and just pull up there shoulders.

How should I trust any person they sent out to my home in future? It is still my believe that their electritian caused the problems at my house.

I will therefor cancel my policy with them.

This is also not the first issue we had with them but it will truely be the last.

I am done with ABSA Building insurance!!!!
