Absa property insurance deceived me

I bought a house and being financed by ABSA I also took property insurance with them as it was convenient for me. according to their policy they say they fix within 24 hrs of claim but they don't full fill their policy they are deceiving people. it's been more than three months I claimed *** Ref glass stove *** Ref roofing crack but still no lucky. I pay my premiums every month so to get assistance when in need but it's a night with absa property insurance
