ABSA Property insurance

am so upset with ABSA Property insurance. There service is non exsistant.

I have been phoning with emergency all morning ***when I press 1 claim gets cut.

Not Absa general enquirries or idirect could help with a number that works.

I Need help after a incompitant electrician they sent out to repair problems at my house in october 2020 caused more issues.

My house lights started tripping last night 6 February 2121.

I called out an electritian to come and fix the problem this morning 7 February.

When he opened up the DB board he said our earthleakage wasnt even wirred. If something went wrong the house can burn down and that insurance wouldnt even pay out.

He said he wont touch the DB board or fix it. ABsA must come and investigate and fix seeing that it is one of their electricians that did such a bad job.

How do we get a hold of them in an emergency!!!

I need an electritian today not tomorrow.

What number must I phone in anycase.

There service suck!!!
