ABSA Property Insurance

<p>I put in a claim after the major storm we had in Cape Town a while back. </p> <p>I firstly had to wait more than a month for the assessor to come out to my property because the call centre agent loaded the incorrect address. They loaded an address in Johannesburg. My property is in Cape Town. The assessor has now been to my property but I am still waiting on the claim to be processed. </p> <p>If I am a few hours late on my bond payment I get harassment calls from ABSA. Why is this taking so long?? </p>
