Absa promotion was a ****

I was advised about a promotion last year at the umhlanga absa branch. The promotion was that if i opened a cheque acc with with them i would have access to a free holiday. So i changed my acc from savings to a cheque acc. I did everything i was meant to do to qualify for the promotion. I have enquired twice with Absa as to how i could make use of the hotels. Still to this day i have recieved nothing, no one seems to know anything they jus keep promising to send me an email with the details but no one has even bothered to follow up. This is really concerning looking at how bid this bank is
