Absa producing incorrect IT3b's

I don't understand how something as simple as an ANNUAL IT3B can be done incorrectly. How *********** must you be to get it wrong. Funny thing though, if it's an estimate that is generated it's correct; but when getting the final one not only is not all the interest on the statement, but apparently none of it is taxable. Everyone with an Absa account is going to get grief from SARS, so perhaps it's time to get SARS to audit Absa - maybe then they'll get their act together.
