Absa Private Banking service.

Pathetic service. As a private banker you get no service when you actually need it. No use paying absurd amounts of money if you are being treated like everyone else paying much less.

Don't waste time with ABSA.

Above lady phoned me. She has no interest in my complaint. She basically just told me everything is my fault and exempting the employees of ABSA. She refused to let me speak to someone else.

Very unhappy with customer service just phoning because of a Hello Peter review but dobt care to see your point and only covering for employees.
