Absa Private Banking - relationship Banker - Jenny Reddy PATHETIC Service

Absa Private Banking - relationship Banker - Jenny Reddy has been my private banker and has done absolutely nothing for me in the past 2 years. Its clear that if you don't have a fat bank account ABSA does not care about you! I have asked for help on numerous occasions to improve my account fees. Nothing happened??? Asked for assistance in closing my account - Nothing happened??? Cut a long story short, I have asked her to close the account and stop asking me for FICA information and start assisting a 20 year clients needs... What a Joke. So please send me the correct documentation to close my account and I will do so in due course. ABSA is not the bank it use to be and don't ****** will blame it on Covid.
