ABSA Private Banking Not Recommended

Private banking at ABSA was really great starting off as a client. It has rapidly deteriorated and it is a waste of time and money. It takes more effort to get hold of private bankers. Communication would be better done at a branch than over an email or telephone. The cost involved, time to get something done and the overall experience is not worth it. Would not recommend.
