Absa Private banking is worse than their normal accounts

I knew the value proposition was thin coming in.

But there is literally more hurdles than the normal absa services.

"I'll help you get a quote on you bike" - still waiting months later "I'll help you get a quote on your insurance" - still waiting "I'll get you better rates" - no rate is no rate, and when you do get rates they're not better

You won't get help on issues with insurance or other products.

Don't kid yourself, go to another private bank or just stick to the regular accounts on absa.
