ABSA Private Banking is useless

As a Absa Private Banking client, you are promised priority when you make queries, but now its been two weeks that the Private Banking team as not replies to my query or the 3 follow up emails i made. I send an eamil on the 4th of August, two follow ups on the 8th and today and no resolution or status report on my query.

I am searching for another bank because this is not the first time.
