Absa Private Banking is a nightmare

I just want to say Absa Private Banking is a nightmare.

My banker was only available when I was creating an account but now I'm not happy. In fact I'm upset and I'm full of regrets and I actually believe that if I leave Absa bank and never come back my life would be much better.

I called my banker last week Tuesday (07-05-2019) to answer the questions I had and she said the power is off around the whole area where they're based and she promised to get back to me. Until today, no answer. I sent her an email on Friday (10-05-2019) and she never rep****. I sent her another email today and no response.

I tried calling her cellphone, landline I'm not winning.

I phoned Private Assist asking them if they can take me out of private banking (I'm actually in the process to cut my ties with the red bank), the lady told me she will send an email to my private banker, her superior and copy me but that has not happened either.

My query was so simple: Why so much charges? I want detailed charges statement.
