Absa Private Banking is a huge let down

Absa Private is the most useless offering when it comes to the private banking experience. I have no contact with my private banker, and I don’t get any service. I work for a competitor bank and sent them my statement of benefits asking for interest review on my home loan and this was not attended to. I have 2 home loans, insurances, life covers with absa, car finance… whole different products. My portfolio is highly diversified, but I’m treated like a student. Considering moving all my business from this bank. I’ve been failed as a client.
