Absa Private Banking gone to shambles

After being a client of Absa Private banking for many years, it is really sad to see the service of the bank and its bankers going down the drain. After the previous banker left, the current banker/s never returns your calls, take months to resolve very important financial issues and just refuse to reply to emails. What a shame that a once great choice for private banking services are now a disgrace to say the least
