ABSA Private Banking

I am a private bank client. I used to be very happy with my previous private banker assigned. We had a good relationship and he was very efficient and professional. He retired and a new private banker was assigned. I am not happy at all. We do not use her every day but when we do I constantly have to follow up on my request. It has been 3 days since she contacted me. At this point I feel its a lot of bank charges to pay every month for non existing service. I might as well sort out things more efficient and quicker myself by going into a physical branch, than having a private banker assigned to me.
