ABSA Private Banking

i hold Absa private account. I have been writting to my Private banker and absa private bank contact about my momey that is in hold since January. I used absa card in Nigeria at Southeren sun hotel and the amount abouve R6000 was put on hold by the hotel. When booking out the hotel released my money but still today absa is unable to credit my money in my account. I wrote several email to ABSA Prvate account email but i dont receive any response. I contacted my private banker but and promissed to follow up but still today I cant access my money during this difficult times of covid 19. I need my momney and I will change a bank. ABSA private bank is leaving to their promiss standard
