ABSA Private Bank Sucks

<p>After 3 emails, a visit to the Clearwatrer branch, the Keywest branch and a telephone call I could not get money reversed paid into from my daughter’s account from my account by accident.</p> <p>First I have been told it is because I don’t use her account and the block will be removed. Then I am told that it is a fica problem. My daughter is 14 years old. I had to go into a branch and provide them with my FICA details as well as a form which I asked them to send to me. At the branch I was told that the copy of my water and lights account is not good enough and that my ex-wife also needs to come sign AND that the form I filled in was the incorrect form.</p> <p>From the 3 emails I sent, I ONLY received I had ZERO calls from them. On Saturday I was CC'ed in a reply on a email I sent on Tuesday. Nothing else.</p> <p>On Friday I demanded that the money be reversed and that I will be changing to another bank should this not happen. Well it did not happen. I will now be closing my ABSA accounts and take my business to a bank that wants my business. Clearly ABSA Private Bank does not see me as a valued customer.</p>
