ABSA Private Bank - RIP

I have just found out that ABSA Private Bank has also fallen victim of Covid-19. RIP. I am a private bank client - if there is still a Private Bank - and I urgently need an old (2012) bank statement. My private banker - if he is still my private banker - does not answer his cell and when I call the land line, I get put through to a general answering service, which put me on hold for more than 30 minutes, All the 08600---- numbers also put me through to the same general answering service. ABSA obviously does not realise that some businesses continue during lockdown!
