Absa private bank is ****

My experience with Absa has been horrible. What an excuse for a private bank. I have a credit card account with them that has a pld status I’ve sent all my documents and all that even received the card last week and still till date I can’t use the money. I was once on the line for 85 minutes of which 49 of them were spent on hold. I was passed from pillar to post and still nothing. This is a ****ing joke and terrible service
