ABSA Private bank is a joke.

<p> I am a member of ABSA private bank, so called priority treatment with a private banker to assist, what a pile of …….. For TWO months, I have been nagging them to update my funeral plan, emails are the so called private assist email address are unanswered, when they are answered queries I made have had no response. A customer should not have to beg for something. Disgusting!!</p>
