ABSA Priority Banker (no priority)
ABSA BANK, Shelley Beach branch,KZN, appointed Romona Harilall as my husband's Priority Banker. The email on her business card is not valid, telephone number neither, when you phone the branch, the automated voice informs you of high call volumes and technical difficulties. When you email ABSA requesting Romona to email you, ABSA give you an email reference number, and that is it!! Why invest allot of money if you are unable to get access to assistance! That surely was not the case on day 1, when we decided to invest our money,they were jumping thru rings of fire to assist. After care ZERO
