ABSA priorities
Having just returned from ABSA bank in Woodlands Boulevard, I am happy and not happy.
Happy I was assisted and my loan settlement explained, but not at all happy that when I was assisted in small cubicle, a cleaner stolled in to ask consultant what she would like for lunch! Firstly, I felt my privacy was comprised (cleaner could easily see on monitor what my account details are) and secondly, how dare these two employees discuss lunch arrangements whilst I am sitting there wanting to get more clarity on my loan.
Totally unacceptable.

All I received this early morning was a shoddy questionnaire about service levels at the bank.
I am not letting this go and not my first run in with this bank clerk.
