ABSA preventing access to your hard earned money - clueless bunch

I am a long standing Private Banking customer, my time with ABSA hasn’t always been great, but they took poor service to the next level. All of a sudden, at a critical time, I found they have blocked me accessing my savings that I pay into my bond account. Calling Private Assist, they were unable to assist, recommended I call home loans in the morning. My private banker responded to my complaint stating she thinks it may be that I need to submit proof of building cover, said she would address it in the morning. I have heard nothing back and my cash is still being withheld from me. Don’t get fooled into trusting ABSA with your money. Find a proper bank that provides the promised services.
