Absa preservation fund

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I invested money with absa 's preservation fund but the terms and conditions of the fund was not made clear to me by the financial advisor Diale Khunologo.</p> <p>He never had a meeting with me we always spoke over the phone or via email.</p> <p>He told me I can withdraw whenever I need the cash... I made one withdrawal and was not aware that after that withdrawal i will not be able to make another. Now I need my cash and i am being told that i cannot cancel the fund or withdraw from it.</p> <p>I am furious because it was not explained to me clearly.</p> <p>I need some assistance!</p> <p> </p>
