ABSA Prescribed debt

ABSA credit card has prescribed 1 Jan 2021 and ABSA did not update my ITC records. I logged request with XDS who escalated to ABSA but no luck and no feedback from ABSA.

It took about 2 months but I received confirmation letter that account is now closed.
