Absa PRESCRIBED DEBT

Hi I.have sent Absa Legal.department and Absa compalints department an email..The legal department handed over to the ARA GROUP Anthony Richard's and Associates a.file.for a loan held in 2003 with Absa. This is prescribed debt as they have not contacted me.ever to inform me and the debt is.over 18 years old. I.made no committment and no arrangement to pay this amount owing yet after all this time the get these harassing fools from.Anthony Richard's to call.me I am highly irate and am.going to report the matter further to the Absa CEO. Absa legal please note this loan is over 18 years old and I made no arrangement or accepted any arrangement to pay this This is prescribed debt ..Ara Group collections agent do not know Prescribed debt and I have already checked up on this. They are extremely rude and banged the phone on me when asked to speak to a manager. Disgraceful and highly perturbed. Word of mouth is a powerful.tool.and I will.be letting.people know about this service . Please write it off.
