ABSA PREPAID ELECTRICITY

City of Tshwane just installed a prepaid meter on our premises. To our shock, I just found out that it is against ABSA’s policy to buy more than R1000 of prepaid at a time. I want to know why am I not allowed to buy for more? Who is ABSA to decide for me, how much I can buy? An there is no options to change it and Yesterday ABSA send me an email to tell me that they are not going to change it. It will stay at a R1000. You know that every time per month you buy prepaid, it is getting more and more expansive. So the more I buy prepaid, the fewer unites I receive. We are 8 people living on the same premises. Our usage is always in the region of R4000 per month, so know I had to by 4 time R1000. In the mean time I am getting less and less for my money.

Can hello Peter please help with that? I want ABSA to change their policy on the amount of prepaid you can buy. Let the customer decide how much electricity they want to buy.
