Absa Premuim Credit Card Issues

Hi Absa,

It is with absolute sadness that I had to revert to writing this mail...

My new Premium credit card Does Not swap or tap. I have withdraw cash all the time.

It was sold to me as Upgrade from GOLD but for me, this has been a nightmare! I have been to several branches and called your call center. No one is assisting me, my fees are through the ROOF caused by your own issues!!

I even asked for a downgrade back to Gold, even that has not been actioned!!

CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME WITH THIS ISSUE?!
