ABSA Premium Banking Pathetic Service

Once again, I have had the most pathetic service from ABSA bank. I am currently working out of the country, and need to make a payment to Attorneys for registration of a house i am in the process of buying. Firstly ABSA use a system where you have a verification device, each transaction you make they are supposed to send you a request to your verification device, so that you can authorize this transaction. Mine hasnt been working for a while, its taken more than a week of making phone calls to their Premium Banking call centre, sending mails to their Premium Banking email address, and sending mails to their actionline, which is supposedly their complaints department. Eventually after deleting the app, and reinstalling it again, i manage to get it too work. So when i try and make the payment, by adding the beneficiarys details to my list, the whole system gets blocked. I call the ***** line, and after having a huge fight with their consultant, they phone me back and are prepared to help me. They inform me that every thing is in order, they have fixed the system from their side, and I can carry on. I try again, and experience the same problem. Call them back, get told they will redo everything, I can go ahead.........guess what , still not working. I am tiered of been treated like a ********, by this pathetic institution, tiered of not been able to use their systems, because they never work, tiered of not been able to use my own money, because ABSA keep letting me down. I am supposed to be Premium Banking client, for what thats worth, and all this for service that im paying for. Really disgusting
