Absa premium banking is primitive

Absa premium banking boasts excellent service 24 hours a day. It's in fact a waste of time for the monthly fees we pay. Recently i received new Visa credit cards. I battled to link the old master card and after numerous calls, emails and a visit to a branch I sorted linking the main card. My secondary card is however not linked and no transactions appeared on my phone app. Absa now wants my spouse (secondary card) to give me power of attorney. Theres no logic. I app**** for the secondary card and pay for it so why the poa. The other card never require a poa so why now. This was never explained when the new Visa card was issued to me.
