Absa Premium Banking is a ****

Absa banking services are the worst by far! Their premium banking service is premium only by name. I have been with them for over 10 years and I don't receive any of the services offered such as a priority banker, will services. In fact I am made to pay separately for the will services and the credit card. To top it all off I call the premium line today as they deducted money off my account which the service provider rejected on their end and the supervisor named Rodney tells me I need to email authorisation department to get my money back. They same ABSA that deducted the money erroneously and the same ABSA that doesn't bother to answer emails when I have enquired as to why I do not receive the services I pay for. So now I have lost my money. If I could blink and have a different bank service provider I would do it right this second!
