Absa premium Banking

Absa bank,i am a premium card holder and must express my dissatisfaction ,i pay a Monthly fee and on top on that fee i get charged almost a whole 600.00 additional charges and was advised that it was for returned debits,debits i have already made arrangements with the debtor about.in addition to this ,why allow numerous debits to go off an account that had insufficient funds..this is how banks make billions,you guys don't help customers you guys dig them deeper into accounts..i asked for a call back which i didn't get to date..the service is just beyond disappointing,what are premium customers paying for thats so different from a normal savings account..and i can almost guarantee this is happening to other clients.can someone assist me in changing banks hassle free including my debits and salary switch,i am not happy at all with absa bank
