ABSA potential violation of POPI act.

I am the treasurer of a church. ABSA keep sending me a proof of payment into an account which has a similar name to my church but is obviously a different church because it is an ABSA account and my church banks with another Bank. The POP includes the payer's name. This is a violation of POPI Act at the minimum. Repeated attempts by myself over the span of years has had no effect and a POP arrives monthly. Emails to ABSA remain unaswered as do numerous online compliants and phone calls to the ABSA call centre.
