ABSA possibly "*****ing" money

I am suspecting that ABSA is "*****ing" some of my money that I am paying additional into my ABSA Flexi home loan account. They are doing this by means of incorrect approach to the way they are doing calculations on my home loan accounts. I was shown statements on 1 Nov 2018 when I was at Middelburg Mall (MP) branch. These statements are required to prove my case. When I requested the (statements shown to me) of my account to be e-mailed to me I was told they may not give them to me. I have been trying for a week now to obtain them and the final answer is that those statements of my accounts are internal documents and they may not send them to me. I require statements of my (and my wife) home loan accounts that show the Date, Transaction description, Transaction amount, Balance and available balance (as shown to me in the branch). These statements are to run from inception of account to current date.

ABSA is still in denial of this. The way they calculate the money available on my Flexi account is not correct. They make statements and then I show them that they are lying by giving them examples from my account. Either they do not understand the issue at hand or they want to pretend they do not understand, but they are currently not assisting me. I get phone calls asking if they can close the matter on Hello Peter, but they don't even care to find out if it is resolved or what they can do to resolve the issue.

After numerous phone calls and e-mails. I still have no success. ABSA made statements whcih I proved to them was incorrect adn then they don't respond on when asked why they lie. I was promised that I will receive a letter that addresses all my concerns and questions. They sent me my signed homeloan agreements that does not contain the information I require. They require me to know stuff that I was never informed on. And they can not show me or inform me how I should have known. It is not difficult. "As ABSA we are sorry and we will rectify the issue." By doing this they could have kept a client, not loose money (as it will actually benefit them if I have more money available), but they clearly do not have the savvy to realize this and the content of my concern.
