Bank account frozen after suspected *****ulent transactions by 3rd party in July 2025. Still frozen with only pension and uif funds, no other possible *****ulent funds in there. I tried to follow up but only get tales of being contacted within 48 working hours which never happens. Then they have the audasity to claim 'your story matters' what a joke.

I do not really care Vanessa, if it cannot be logged or not. That does not change the fact that my hard earned money is lying in the bank and I cannot use it as long as the public knows what is being done to the elderly citizens by banks who have been built by these same elderly citizens that is now being ill treated
