Absa poor service sucks!!!!!

I'm disappointed by the poor service that I have received from Absa Pension fund department. I have been contacting them for the past 4 weeks, all I got from them is empty promises and lack of communication. Being an Ex staff member I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with Absa.
