ABSA POOR SERVICE REVERSING EFT PAYMENT
On the 1st of April 2019 I made a eft payment for my son's Visa but with the wrong rbeneficiary refence. On the 4th of April 2019 I forwarded an email to Absa requesting that the payment be reversed which has up to date not yet been done.
