Absa poor service personal loans
I submitted an online personal loan application on the 30th Oct 2021. To date I have not received an outcome of my application. I was assured that I would receive an outcome on Friday the 5th Nov 2021 but still nothing. When you phone the call centre you wait more than an hour to get through and when you eventually get through then they still can’t help you. Really bad service and terrible turnaround times
