Absa poor service

I bought a vehicle through Absa car finance, which I have since paid up. I then needed a vehicle logbook following paying up the vehicle. It has been at least 3 weeks since my request I have not received the logbook. Their commitment was that the logbook will be issued to me at least 7 days subsequent to my request. I am highly disappointed with the quality of service from Absa including their consultant who was assigned to be of assistance to me
