ABSA poor service

My money was mistakenly deposited, into an ABSA account on the 26th February 2021 that is handed over to attorneys, I authorized the attorneys to pay all the amount that was due, and they required my banking details and statements which I send on the 29th February 2021. They told me money will reflect into my account after 3 to 5 days. I have been making hopeless follow up to ABSA every week, they tell me money will reflect into my account in 3 to 5 days. and there's is nothing they can do to assist me I must just wait. My concern is that I have not paid my accounts I am already getting calls demanding payments, I cant even make arrangements because ABSA does not commit to pay. My last follow was on the 11th February, ABSA told me the money will reflect in 3 days. today its the 18th February I still don't have my money. I stay with my unemployed wife and kids I have to address school matter and household dues. My bank currently is reflecting bad and I am incurring cost for bouncing debits. I am really disappointed that a big brand like this can offer such service too a poor guy like me. Please assist. I am glad Im leaving ABSA as a client it is not for poor people. Please assist I need someone to account for my losses.
