ABSA poor service delivery and ridiculous policies
I have been trying to open a bank account for my 2 kids for over a month now and now they tell be because one of my kids surname is not the same as mine they cant do it. Absolutely pathetic. I have been an ABSA client for over 25 years but they just lost my business.
