Absa poor service

Very unprofessional lady from Absa put a strong hold on my account after receiving my salary which they suspected to be *****, is it a crime to earn above R100k?I notified my privater banker, she has been trying to get Hold of a lady by the name Faith Joshua, Absa is so disorganised that this lady ignores my bankers email and it has been weeks, i have been with Absa for over 5years and never been treated like trash, all my debit orders has been suspended and i cant access my account whatsoever, i need to leave a bank that doesn't cater for its client irregardless of how urgent the matter is.

Absa is not a bank to be with anymore.
