ABSA poor Service .

I appled for Premium Cheque account and i received a call from an agent after several phone calls , the agent promised to sent confirmation of the account in a letter form even today im still waiting . The document is very important since i want to change my salary deposit for Jan time is running ABSA is relaxing this is bad service .
