Absa poor service & assistance for cancellations

I have been trying to cancel my absa life@ease policy for a while now, every time there is an excuse why the amount went off again. I phoned absa life@ease, they say the policy is canceled but refuse to send the bonds department the instruction to stop the debit order because its never been necessary to do so before, why now. Bonds wont stop the debit order unless they get the letter. Seems like there is conflict between the two departments. The absa life@ease service was ********** and I will never in my life deal with them again.
